While taking the shroud off to clean the filters, I snapped the plastic shank completely off the switch to my AC! When I came to TRV to see about getting a new part, I noticed the electrical connections were blades. Easy fix, I figured...and I was right! The new shank is shorter which made it easier to get the shroud back on without incident, and the included extension allowed the knob to snap right back on!! I live in Texas, so you know I gotta have my AC! Thanks TRV for a great part, at a great price, that got here mucho fast!!...
