Re12v27w - 12 volt 27 watt Resistor. This resistor is used to add power draw to any older style Bi-metal blinker to allow enough draw to have the blinker to work. See pictures below for measurements and how to wire this item. Please note, its does not matter which side of the resistor is wired to ground.
