This is a LED Flexible Strip with 3M adhesive tape for repairing 12-volt fluorescent lights where the power converter is aggressive(13.6 volts plus) or a motor home where the alternator is over 13.6 volts. If your not sure if you should use this strip or the 12 volt one test your voltage. When using this product you will NOT need the ballast. Another great benefit of these strips is it helps stop interference of the ballast to the Air Conditioning. It takes two strips to repair one double fluorescent light.
