This is a LED Flexible Strip with 3M adhesive tape for repairing 12-volt fluorescent lights with the voltage range is 8 to 13.4 volts. This item is a big money saver over problematic failing ballast. When using this product you will NOT need the ballast. This kit has two strips to repair one double fluorescent light. This LED light has a life expectancy of 50,000 hours.
